The countdown begins!
We have four months left in the States before our big move to Ethiopia. So, how do you feel when you are about to uproot from your home, family, friends, culture, and everything familiar and move to a foreign land with everything unfamiliar? At this point, my only answer is like a crazy mixed bag of emotions! Excited and yet sad, anxious but still content, nervous while confident, fearful with a sense of peace.......
We have tried to purchase our one-way plane tickets several times now. Each time we sit at our computer and hover over the "buy now" button, we get a pit in our stomachs. Don't worry, we will do it but it is not going to be easy. We are confident that our family has been called to do this and our calling is what helps us put one foot in front of the other on the path towards Ethiopia!

Hi guys! Jeremy, thanks for coming to my blog and leaving a comment. Christina, I can't imagine how you're feeling...and pressing that "buy now" button must be so, so hard. But, you can rest assured knowing that God has called you to minister for him in Ethiopia, and while it may be hard, it IS right.
